I’m Anthony Tranchida, a real estate agent with Keller Williams Lakeside. As the father of two wonderful children and someone who has relocated multiple times, I understand how much goes into selling a home, finding the right place, and making a move. It can feel stressful, but with a clear plan and someone looking out for you, the process can feel much more manageable.

With over 25 years in real estate and a background in homebuilding and exterior remodeling, my passion for this business continues to grow. I grew up in St. Clair Shores near Lake St. Clair, and my roots in Macomb County give me a personal connection to the communities I serve throughout Southeast Michigan.

My experience with homes began alongside my father, a builder, and grew through hands-on carpentry, homebuilding, and exterior remodeling. That background helps me look beyond a home’s finishes and discuss its condition, potential improvements, and costs you may need to plan for. When something needs a closer look, I help you identify the right questions to ask an inspector or qualified contractor.
